Prices are in Australian dollars. Your order is confirmed when payment is completed, and a confirmation email follows. We dispatch orders in 1–2 business days.
Shipping
Free standard shipping applies to eligible east-coast orders over $89. Eligible orders over $89 to WA, SA, TAS and NT receive discounted standard shipping. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
Returns
We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible unused, unopened items. See the returns page for the process.
Product suitability
Product fit depends on your individual dog. Measure where the product page asks you to, follow supervision guidance, and follow the harness size ranges. Between sizes? Size up. If it's wrong, 30-day returns cover it — or message us and we'll check it with you. No chew toy is indestructible; replace worn or damaged toys.
