Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can sort it out.
Wrong size?
If a harness or product does not fit, contact us before returning it. Measuring guidance is in our owner guides, and we are happy to talk through sizing before your next order.
