We ship within Australia and to New Zealand only. We can't redirect parcels once dispatched.

We'll replace or refund parcels that arrive damaged or go missing in transit.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Check with us before you buy. If we tell you it'll suit your dog and it doesn't, we'll swap it.

The Bulldoggy Fit Promise applies only when we confirmed the fit in writing before purchase, in our email reply. Tell us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You pay return postage on swaps; we send the swap item. This is not a change-of-mind return or a refund. Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items are separate: we pay return postage if we ask you to send one back, and Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited by the 30 days.

Your welcome code gives 10% off products, including bundles. Shipping isn't discounted. One code per customer, first order only, valid for 7 days from signup, and only with the email address it was sent to. Codes can't be combined or exchanged for cash.

New Zealand customers also have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Follow the product instructions and supervise play. Large fits a 60–70 cm chest; XLarge fits a 70–80 cm chest. At exactly 70 cm, choose XLarge. Between sizes? Ask us and we'll help you choose.
